Our Parents were once young and vibrant as we are today. It's our responsibility to get them comfortable, healthy and happier in their old age, to allow them live their full life spans with dignity.

How Money is Spent

GSF is mindful of the trust placed in our foundation by our donors, well wishers, clients, suppliers, funders, government departments and members of the public – and we are committed to transparency and accountability. We maintain open and productive relationships with key stakeholders and publish reports relating to income and expenditure in our Annual Report.

 Graphical Representation of Expenditure:

GSF together with its local and international partners, donors and well wishers is planning in undertaking development projects that will secure its future self sustainability. this projects shall most desirably focus on the construction of low costing housing to accommodate the elderly in well secured gated communities that will enable GSF to continue with its mandate of providing care services to the elderly and at the same time subsidize its expenditure, hence putting very good use of donor funding to increase its reach to other regions of the country.

Providing suitable accommodation and frail care facilities for sub-economic pensioners is enormously expensive and requires research and careful planning to maximize resources and secure ongoing funding. Although we are extremely grateful to our many generous donors who have supported us so loyally to date, GSF is committed to finding solutions that will lead to self-sustainability.

The difficulty is in funding the capital cost of new mentioned above. This will form the focus of our fundraising efforts going forward, with the ultimate goal of subsidising GSF's frail care services in the future.
